Hello, here is my quickly made volumio project for the kitchen corner. Volumio for radio and music, LibreElec for playing back videos and Emulation Station / RetroPie for arcade gaming. Berrybooting between the operating systems.
- TPA3118 D2 Class Digital Audio Amplifier board 45W*2 with line input
- Raspberry Pi 3B with 8GB USB stick.
- 4 Ohm 3" speaker and tweeter
- SunFounder 10.1" Touch Screen for Raspberry Pi
- Volumio 2
Used the wood and hinges left over from a kitchen install to make a quick housing box!
Still needs alot of work with the wood work and power input, but it sounds and works great so far. Sunfounder Touch screen works fine with Volumio and LibreElec.
Installed LXDE desktop on top of volumio with chromium browser running in kiosk mode.
Great to see so many amazing looking volumio projects for hi-fi and custom boxes on this forum. I’m new to Volumio since about 2 months now and really like how easy it is to use and having a nice modern GUI.
