Despite being a “ paid for option” I cannot get Alexa to work.
I have linked the account and can see Volumio has as a enabled device on the Alexa app.
If I issue a command to Alexa I am told the device is not enabled,sometimes she will recognise lumio and not Volumio.There is no facility to change the name of the device in settings.
I am currently on a paid for trial but unless this is sorted I will revert to the free version.

you can change the name of your device from settings -> system. Alexa should pick it up right away
