Hi, I have the Volumio installed on a PC notebook, would the Volumio program work better if I install first the operating system raspbian on the PC and then install the volume for raspberry?

no, simply use the x86 version of Volumio on your notebook. You can’t (simply) install Raspbian on a PC.
