Bash script in the Start / Stop button

Dear forum users and creators :slight_smile:

Recently, I started using LIRC (TX transmission) to control my old amplifier from the phone and scripts, including on off of the amplifier.
I would like to control this from the start / stop button on the Volumio player.
Can anyone help where the scripts to control these functions are located? Unless this violates the license of course.

Or where to add your bash scripts so that after pressing “start” in volumio my script would be executed?

Hmm, the idea is probably not real. Probably nobody tried to do it?

you could use the rest api … for that… a curl command should do it…
