Well, I just made what I’m considering a great trade today. A guy on FB offered me his CR120 for my Bugera G5 straight up. Wasn’t really looking for an Orange SS amp but I cannot believe how responsive and “tubey” this thing is with my Epi G400. Only downside is the only cab I have is the Bugera 112 cab that came with the G5. I kept that. It sounds just fine but being only a 70W cab @ 8 Ohms I’m not able to turn the master volume up past about 10 o’clock on the amp before I start getting breakup from the speaker. So I’m going to have to either get a different cab or change the speaker in this one. I’m thinking I’ll do that latter.
