myvolumio not sending registration password

I have sparky 2.513.

MYVolumio won’t set up properly. I have registered with Google credentials for 30 day trial plan. I can get to MyVolumio page and in my profile it shows gmail address and in the password field, it shows “leave blank to keep current” which I follow.

On my device volumio.local/myvolumio/profile it tries to send verification email to my gmail account but nothing arrives.

Please check in the spam folder

On gmail, there are no spam or junk folders set up at all. Maybe the account should be deleted and I start over?

You have to log into your gmail account via google.??? to see the spam folder
