Command to play startup sound

is there a way to send a command via websocket or mpd to let Volumio play startup sound?

currently there is none, but I will create if for you. May I ask you for what you need it? So maybe we can do something on purpose…

Hi Michelangelo,
idea is to have a command to play such sound to identify the device when you have more than one.
Purpose: on autoconfiguration identify the device you are configuring before to confirm it.

What do you think? is it possible to have such a command?

ve been working on building a music player for quite some time now and want some finishing touches to make it “mine”.
My setup is a Raspberry pi with 3.5" HDMI display.
How can i change the Volumio logo that pops up on the HDMI display when starting the system to a custom made “STETES powered by Volumio” logo of mine?
