Has anyone tried to use the HDMI out with a cheap HDMI audio splitter? Like this one:

My usage case would be a kitchen radio, raspbberry pi zero with snapcast and a cheap 2.1 logitech speaker system.

I have one myself and it works without any problem the only thing is that it can get messy with all cables and sometimes a tick/plupp sound when music starts
thanks. clicks and pops… i think that’s a no go for me then.
