Hi Biarritz,
I do not hear any pops.
My system: RPi3 + Kali + Piano 2.1 in dual mono with Volumio 2.282.

Maybe this is a very stupid question, but... do I need a dual mono amp to use kali+piano 2.1 in dual mono mode?

No. Just connect the outputs into your stereo amp.

wait... but I cannot use 2 inputs at the same time in a stereo amplifier. According to tech doc (just downloaded):

"Double mono output. No filtration, pass all frequencies to one connector of each set (Left & Sub Right)."

Sorry ,but wiring is confusing.

In Dual Mono mode the L and R outputs come from the two outer RCA connectors on the board. (The two inner ones are muted). So connect those outputs to the L and R inputs of your stereo amp.

So I don't suggest to enable resampling with PIano

Michelangelo, I was surprised to read your advice about not enable resampling. After installing Kali + Piano 2.1 in Volumio I only can play 44/16 music, no hi-res, than only hard hiss.
On advice from the Allo support I enabled resampling in Volumio settings, but it feels like a trick, because resampling in software and not in hardware. Fot that reason I installed the Kali...
What do you think about this?

Is this on a RPi, and if so may be related to the recent problem with 24bit and the latest RPi kernel?
New to Volumio? Please read the Quick Start Guide to get your system up and running :). FAQs? PM me if you want one adding.
